LOVE as Written in the Book of Psalms

THE PSALMS OF LOVE

 

The Holy Bible tells us of LOVE,

 and the good love is:

Wisdom and instructional love, spiritual love,

Agape Love, love for family and friends.

 

Then the wrong kind of love is:

The love for worldly things, love of money,

Love of evilness, and

Love of being enemy to GOD.

 

1 Corinthians 13 is known as the chapter of Love.

 Why?

In this chapter we find that we can love with just more than saying, “I love you.”

People can sing or tell that they love JESUS,

Singing, “Oh, How I love JESUS”,

When, in fact, it is, to them merely singing the words of a song, without any love or commitment toward HIM.

So the sound that comes forth from their mouth is

The clanging and banging as that of a

Brass cymbal,

Without the musical notes.

All the love, we give must proceed from the heart without any other emotion.  Such as “I am going to give you this gift, not because I truly love you, and want you to receive the token of my love in this gift,” but

Rather,

“I am giving this to you just to see what I will get in return.”  You may not vocalize this sentiment, but in your heart this is what you believe.

On the other hand, a gift given in love, may be refused because the person simply does not know how to accept love.  They have never felt, been given it, nor received it,

And it is foreign to them.

So in these two examples, we see one receiving a bribe, and on the other hand we see one that is experiencing the refusal of a

Gift of love.

The Father GOD, Creator of the whole universe and all within it, gave of HIS love in the plants that have life and fruits within itself.  Man is the same way.  There are several fruits that man produces.  One is the reproductive seed for another life; and two, man gives in his deeds, thoughts, and words,

All being a characteristic of either GOD or Satan.

We find that we are to love good, and hate evil.  Also it is better to have your good spoken evil of, than to have your evil spoken good of.

In addition to the reproduction of life, GOD gave us love because HE made us just like HIMSELF, and gave us the sacrificial LAMB for our sins.

JESUS is our LAMB of GOD.  HE gave HIS life in Love because of Love and for Love.

When we refuse salvation, through JESUS, the gift of love to us, we hurt HIM; we hurt ourselves because we are refusing the gift of love, and the blessings given to the children of GOD.  We hurt family because we just maybe receiving or refusing the opening of doors to household salvation.

No other LOVE on earth can surpass this Love.  We love our mates, children, parents, other relatives, and friends.  None can compare to the Love of GOD.

In the Book of Psalms, is written poems, songs, and words of wisdom in love, and instruction.

I know that you will find some encouragement, rebuking, and instructions in these verses.  Please take the time to pray that GOD will open your eyes to holiness, and that you will receive the gift, JESUS, and fruit of the spirit, that are far above all others.
